Why International Students Choose Our Programs

Bulgaria offers something unique for tech education. Lower living costs than Western Europe, English-speaking tech community, and access to EU market opportunities. But honestly, that's just context.

What matters is this: we built our SEO curriculum after watching international students struggle with programs that assumed local market knowledge. Our approach starts with fundamentals that work globally, then shows you how to adapt strategies across different markets and languages.

Academic Support

Dedicated advisors who understand visa processes, housing challenges, and cultural adjustment. We've helped students from Tunisia to Thailand navigate Bulgarian systems.

Practical Experience

Work on real client projects during your studies. Previous international students have built portfolios featuring campaigns for European startups and regional businesses.

Language Flexibility

All instruction in English. Plus, you'll learn multilingual SEO strategies that give you an edge in global markets where speaking multiple languages matters.

Career Pathways

Connect with Bulgaria's growing tech sector and remote opportunities across Europe. Our alumni work everywhere from Sofia agencies to remote positions with Nordic companies.

What You Need to Join

We keep requirements straightforward because motivation and curiosity matter more than perfect credentials. Here's what we actually look for when reviewing international applications.

1

English Proficiency

IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80+ works. Or any equivalent proof that you can follow technical discussions and write clear content. We care about communication, not test scores.

2

Educational Background

High school diploma or equivalent. Marketing, communications, or tech backgrounds help but aren't required. We've taught journalists, translators, and business graduates successfully.

3

Technical Comfort

You should be comfortable learning software tools and working with data. Previous coding experience is useful but not expected. We teach what you need.

4

Valid Passport

At least 12 months validity from program start. We'll help with student visa applications once you're accepted. Process typically takes 6-8 weeks.

5

Financial Documentation

Proof of funds covering tuition and living expenses. Bulgaria is affordable, but you'll need to show you can support yourself. Around €8,000 annually is standard.

6

Portfolio or Project

Show us something you've created. A blog, social media strategy, website, content series. Anything demonstrating your interest in digital marketing or content creation.

Application deadline for September 2026 intake: March 15, 2026. We review applications on a rolling basis and typically respond within two weeks. Early applications get priority for housing assistance and orientation programs.

Your First Year: What Actually Happens

1

Months 1-3: Foundations & Orientation

SEO basics, keyword research, content strategy fundamentals. Plus practical stuff like opening a Bulgarian bank account and navigating Pernik. You'll work on your first small project by week six.

2

Months 4-6: Technical Skills

Analytics platforms, technical SEO audits, link building strategies. This is when things get challenging. You'll analyze real websites and present findings to actual business owners who need help.

3

Months 7-9: Applied Projects

Team projects with local businesses or remote clients. You'll manage campaigns, report results, and learn what works when theory meets reality. Previous students have optimized e-commerce sites and local service businesses.

4

Months 10-12: Portfolio & Planning

Final project showcasing everything you've learned. Plus career planning sessions, networking events, and job search strategy. Some students start freelancing before graduation. Others pursue agency positions or remote roles.
